1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the website located at skirtsteaknyc.com (the "Site"), or by visiting Skirt Steak NYC (the "Restaurant"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site and do not visit the Restaurant.

2. Intellectual Property All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, menu items, and design elements, is the exclusive property of Skirt Steak NYC and its affiliated entities and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise used without the prior written consent of Skirt Steak NYC.

3. Use of the Site You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation, transmitting any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material, or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems.

4. Dining Policies and In-Restaurant Conduct All guests visiting the Restaurant agree to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful of fellow diners and staff. Skirt Steak NYC reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in disruptive, threatening, or unlawful behavior. Guests are expected to comply with all applicable laws and health and safety regulations while on the premises.

5. Photography and Recording Personal, non-commercial photography is permitted within the Restaurant. Any photography, video recording, or audio recording intended for commercial use, press coverage, or public distribution requires prior written approval from Skirt Steak NYC management. Guests may not photograph, record, or otherwise capture images of Restaurant staff without their express consent.

6. Staff Protections Skirt Steak NYC is committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all employees. Any conduct directed toward Restaurant staff that is harassing, threatening, abusive, or discriminatory in nature will result in immediate removal from the premises and may be referred to law enforcement. This includes conduct occurring in person, by telephone, or through any digital or online channel directed at the Restaurant or its personnel.

7. Reservation and Dining Policies By making a reservation or joining us as a walk-in guest, you acknowledge and accept our current dining policies, including those governing party size, seating, and menu format, which are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Skirt Steak NYC and its affiliated entities, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or your visit to the Restaurant, including any loss of property not checked with Restaurant staff.

9. Third-Party Links This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including reservation platforms and affiliated properties. Skirt Steak NYC does not control and is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party sites and encourages you to review their respective terms and policies.

10. Modifications Skirt Steak NYC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the Site or the Restaurant following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York.
