We offer something simple here: prime skirt steak, cooked to your liking, served with endless hand-cut fries and a beautiful, simple, green salad at an honest price. Be sure to save room for dessert, however, as our pastry trolley comes to every table showcasing house-made seasonal cakes and tartes. Keep them for yourself, or share them with your friends.
Open at 5 p.m. daily or 2 p.m. on weekends, we’re the steak restaurant Midtown locals and visitors rely on, just steps from Madison Square Garden and Penn Station. Walk in when you’re ready, as we don’t offer reservations… unless you’re a group of seven or more. Great food plus great friends is always the perfect combination.

How It Works
Skip the debate and get straight to enjoying. For $48, you get our signature prime skirt steak (cooked well, medium or rare), endless hand-cut fries (fried in peanut oil for extra flavor), and a perfectly dressed gem lettuce and endive salad. You choose the temperature of your steak; we take care of the rest.
Not a steak eater? No worries. Our grilled cauliflower steak with chimichurri sauce is available as an alternative.
Hungry for more? Our side dishes are ever-changing. Our dessert trolley is known for its wide selection of seasonal house-made tarts and cakes, sliced and served tableside.

Quality
While some steakhouses in New York offer lower prices by using tougher cuts or lower-quality meat, we focus on sourcing only the highest-quality beef at a price that makes sense, often at about half the cost of a traditional steakhouse. As an upscale steak restaurant in NoMad, we hold ourselves to a higher standard without the inflated price tag.
Simple does not mean basic. Skirt steak is all we do, and we’ve taken the time to do it right. We selected this cut because it’s naturally well-marbled, which means more flavor and tenderness when it is properly prepared.
